A safe, secure way to verify your identity and access your health information online.

A Registration Code is required to create a MyHealthNB account or increase the access level of your account.

 

If you do not have a Registration Code, visit the nearest SNB Service Centre to validate your identity and receive your registration code OR you can ask for one at your next blood test or medical imaging appointment at Horizon and Vitalité facilities.

To register for a MyHealthNB account, you must:

  1. have a New Brunswick Medicare number
  2. be at least 16 years of age
    • * Parents/guardians can add child(ren) under 16 to the COVID-19 application only using their child’s NB Medicare number and a Registration Code after they have created their own account.
  3. have a unique personal email address that will be used as your Username
  4. enter a Registration Code (not required for parental/guardian access)

You must have a Registration Code to access MyHealth Records as well as the COVID-19 application:

  • The Registration Code you received shows that your identity has been verified and is necessary to grant you access to your personal health information.
  • The access level on your account will be set to “Full Personal Access”.

If you do not have a Registration Code, visit the nearest SNB Service Centre to validate your identity and receive your registration code OR you can ask for one at your next blood test or medical imaging appointment at Horizon and Vitalité facilities.

To register for a MyHealthNB account, you must:

  1. have a Canadian Health Card number (other than NB Medicare)
  2. be at least 16 years of age
    • * Parents/guardians can add child(ren) under 16 to the COVID-19 application only using their child’s NB Medicare number and a Registration Code after they have created their own account.
  3. have a unique personal email address that will be used as your Username
  4. enter a Registration Code

If you register with another Canadian Health Card number (other than NB Medicare) you can only access the COVID-19 application.

If you received a Registration Code at a previous COVID-19 PCR test or vaccination, you can use that to register.

If you did not receive a Registration Code and received at least one vaccination in New Brunswick, you can enter:

  • Enter IR followed by one of your vaccination dates (formatted as YYYYMMDD).
    For example, if you were vaccinated on June 22, 2022 enter IR20220622

The access level for your MyHealthNB account will be set to “Limited Personal Access”.

To increase your access level and unlock MyHealth Records you must have a Registration Code.

  • The Registration Code you received shows that your identity has been verified and is necessary to grant you access to your personal health information.
  • Select the Manage My Account button, login and select the Increase my access level option and follow the instructions.

If you do not have a Registration Code, visit the nearest SNB Service Centre to validate your identity and receive your registration code OR you can ask for one at your next blood test or medical imaging appointment at Horizon and Vitalité facilities.
